REFUNDS

I bought my ticket from ticketmaster online:

  • How do I request a refund for my EP20 ticket?
  • I want to refund my EP20 ticket but my card details have changed / card expired since I purchased the ticket. How do I proceed?
  • Will the booking fee be refunded?
    • ?Yes, a full refund including service charge will be refunded.

I BOUGHT MY TICKET FROM a TICKETMASTER retail outlet:

  • I bought my ticket from a Ticketmaster retail outlet how do I claim a refund?
    • If you bought your ticket from a Ticketmaster retail outlet, all refunds will be dealt with via Ticketmaster HQ. The Refund Form, for tickets bought at an outlet ONLY, can be found here  https://bit.ly/ElectricPicnicRefund  
    • Please note that refund requests will be processed 30 days from receipt of application. 
  • I purchased from a Ticketmaster retail outlet which is now closed. Can I get a refund from a different outlet? ?
    • No, all outlet refunds will be dealt with from Ticketmaster HQ. A refund form for tickets purchased through an outlet ONLY can be found here:  https://bit.ly/ElectricPicnicRefund 
    •  Please note that refund requests will be processed 30 days from receipt of application. 

TRANSFERS

  • Can I transfer my EP20 ticket over to next year’s event instead of receiving a refund?
    • ?Yes, just hold on to your EP 2020 ticket and it will be valid for 2021. 
  • Can I transfer add-on services like campervan and early entry passes as well as my ticket to next year’s festival?
    • ?Yes, hold on to your EP 2020 campervan & early entry pass as they will be valid for 2021.
  • I want to transfer my add-on services (such as campervan passes) across to next year’s event and claim a refund for my EP20 ticket. Is this possible?
    • ?No – you must have a valid weekend camping ticket to accompany a campervan pass. 
  • I bought my ticket from a Ticketmaster outlet, how do I transfer my EP20 ticket to 2021?
    • ?No need for you to do anything, your ticket will be valid for the 2021 event.

INSTALMENT PLANS 

  • I have an instalment plan for my EP20 ticket. Will I receive a full refund for every instalment I have paid?
    • ?Yes, including booking fees and service charges. ?

CONTACT TICKETMASTER 

  • How can I contact Ticketmaster if I have other questions? 
  • I have contacted Ticketmaster regarding my refund but still haven’t heard back. What do I do?
    • ?We’re sorry you haven’t heard back from Ticketmaster, they are extremely busy processing refunds for a large number of customers. 

MISCELLANEOUS

  • I received duplicate 2020 tickets and have sent them back but not heard anything from Ticketmaster. How do I proceed?
  • I bought tickets for a group of friends; they’d like a refund but I want to transfer my ticket to EP21. Is this possible?
    • ?When contacting Ticketmaster for a refund advise them on the ticket number/s that you want to keep for EP21.

Festival Dates 2021

Electric Picnic will take place between 3rd - 5th September, 2021.

 

Coronavirus Update

Sadly, Electric Picnic 2020 will no longer be taking place.

Cancelling our festival has become unavoidable, and we fully support the Irish Government’s ongoing measures to help fight the spread of Covid-19 and protect lives at this time.

Whilst the entire Electric Picnic team are terribly disappointed, we have a responsibility to all our fans, artists, crews, suppliers, sponsors, partners and our entire Electric Picnic family including the wonderful people of Stradbally who have welcomed us into their community each year. 

We would like to thank each and every one of them for their fantastic support and outstanding contribution towards making the festival such an amazing event and look forward to welcoming everyone back in 2021 for lots more fun, music, extravagance and magical moments.

Your ticket refund is available from Ticketmaster or other original point of purchase. Please contact them over the next 30 days. If you prefer, for ease, you can retain your ticket and carry it over to next year; you don’t have to do anything.
